A warm smile is the universal language of kindness.

Kindness is contagious and doesn’t cost a thing.

Kindness is an investment. Good karma is the return.

Money makes you rich. Kindness makes you great.

No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.

Kindness is loving people more than they deserve.

Choose kindness…It matters.

Do good. Be great. Believe there is good in the world.

Be kind to others. Your random act of kindness might become someone’s best lifetime memory.

Sometimes, a single random act of kindness can become the spark that ignites a revolution.

Be nice to people. Sometimes, a smile is all it takes to start a chain of kindness.

Be kind to others without expecting anything in return. Karma is keeping a tab.

Kindness may be blind but it is the most eye-opening feeling one can get. Thanks for being kind.

Have courage and be kind.

Kid Stuff Adults Will Want to do, too.

No need for quarantine chaos when there are loads of fun things you can do in your house. And they’re not just for the kiddos, either.

  1. Put on a show. Make sock puppets! We all have those stray socks that lose their mate (where does that other sock go btw?). Fancy or simple, use buttons, string, ribbon, marker, you name it–this is fun for everybody. Can you say puppet show?
  2. Fridge Art Museum. For at least a week, have drawing time. Break out the crayons, the magic markers and the paint. At the end of the week, have an art show on the fridge! You can check out this site for some special art projects for kids.
  3. Learn to Juggle. C’mon, you know you’ve always wanted to learn to juggle. (As if you don’t do this with your real life responsibilities already!)This Big Apple Circus how-to makes it look almost easy!
  4. Play indoor hopscotch. All you need is some free floor space and some painter’s tape. Tape out a hopscotch board and use soft items, like a bean bags, instead of pebble. Who’s first? Here’s a little help, if you need it.
  5. Have a dance off. Pick your favorite song. Do your dance. You could even download Tik Tok and take a dance challenge to share with your friends!
